Trump's Family Member Gets Expert Tips from Golf Legend Woods Ahead of LPGA Debut

Emerging athlete getting ready for significant tournament

This young athlete has impressive social media presence

The young golfer will have numerous high-profile backers when she makes her LPGA debut later this week.

The 18-year-old athlete, who happens to be the granddaughter of Donald Trump, was granted a tournament invitation to compete at the Annika competition in the Sunshine State.

Her grandfather, an avid golfer, possesses several courses worldwide and often matches against Kai.

"He's quite skilled. I can't reveal details but we have competitive games," she mentioned.

She mentioned that her grandfather, who cannot attend, advised her: "Just stay calm."

"He essentially suggested to play and have fun," she added.

"To me, he's simply a regular grandfather. He's not attending for the tournament. He's focused on running the country, making him somewhat preoccupied."

Being non-professional, the golfer has participated in only three events this year and has ranking 461 in AJGA listings.

Yet she's able to seek guidance from golf legend, in a relationship with Vanessa.

"He stands as the best player worldwide," the young golfer said.

"Additionally, he's an even better human being. He advised me to compete, relax, adapting to the flow."

Kai will face multiple top competitors in women's golf at the competition, such as world number two Nelly Korda, England's Charley Hull, Lexi Thompson and last year's winner Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers commented that Kai's presence helps introduce golf to wider groups, specifically with the next generation.

The social media influencer has substantial online presence and recently launched a personal apparel and wellness brand.

She begins at 5:30 PM GMT.
